Services
- Crown reduction - Branches specifically pruned to reduce crown height or crown spread by pruning to reduce the length of a branch with a final cut at a branch union inside the crown.
- Remedial pruning - Pruning to repair previously poorly undertaken works or to assist in re-establishing the crown form and shape of a tree that has been damaged, or exhibits dieback.
- Crown shaping - Balancing the crown by reducing its spread in certain places, which achieves a more desirable shape that is more consistent with the trees habit.
- Crown thinning - Reducing foliage and outer-branch density of whole or part of the trees crown. This is generally achieved by removing damaged, crossing or rubbing limbs and by removing smaller secondary branches, but still leaving the main branch structure intact.
- Dead wood removal - Removal of dead branches and stubs.
- Debris removal - Removal of trimmed branches from the property.
- Dismantling - Controlled removal of the tree in small sections. The remaining stump is then cut as low as possible (normally just above ground level).
- Emergency tree removal or repair - Emergency felling or repair of a damaged tree. Can be arranged as required.
- Felling - The removing of a tree in one operation. The direction of the fell can be determined and relatively controlled, and the remaining stump is then cut as low as possible (normally just above ground level).
- Formative pruning - Selective pruning of a young tree to promote good future shape and the typical habit of that tree. This normally includes the removal of multiple branches that are competing for central growth of the tree, and crossing or rubbing branches.
- Hedge trimming - Trimming large or small hedges either by hand or mechanically.
- Power line clearing - Using experienced crews to safely prune tree limbs that are around power lines.
- Pruning overhanging branches - Removing overhanging branches using equipment such as saws, pruners, clippers or other pruning tools.
- Stump grinding - Using a specialised machine to remove a stump to a specified depth below soil level.
